Why now, because it's time. I have wondered if I could long enough and my friend gave me the push I needed. I am a serious foodie. I spend tons of time in my kitchen finding dishes that are begging to used, just to have the feeling of a long hot shower in my dishwaser. I peruse pinterest pinning the most delicious recipes and try. I then take my tried and true favorites to friends and family and they exclaim "MMmm I must have this recipe" to which I reply here is "my" recipe, and then I tell them the name of the blog I got it from.
